Vancouver, British Columbia -- (February 3rd, 2026) – Forty Pillars Mining Corp. (CSE:PLLR) (the

“Company” or “Forty Pillars”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Frank Lagiglia to the

advisory board. Mr. Lagiglia will work closely with the Company’s current CEO, Nader Vatanchi, in

leading the Company.

Mr. Lagiglia brings over 20 years of experience in the mining sector with a particular focus on

corporate development and communications. Having worked extensively with mining companies in

the production, development, and exploration stage Mr. Lagiglia brings a wealth of experience to

Forty Pillars.
