Robert Turgeon Retires as Director and Officer

Vancouver, British Columbia – Planet Green Metals Inc. (CSE: PGR) (“Planet Green” or the “Company”) announces that Mr. Robert Turgeon resigned as Chief Financial Officer and a Director of the Company effective March 31, 2025 in connection with his retirement. The Company would like to thank Mr. Turgeon for his service to the Company and wishes him well in his retirement. The board is pleased to announce that Michele Pillon has assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer of Planet Green on an interim basis until a permanent replacement is selected. Ms. Pillon has acted as Chief Financial Officer of Planet Green prior to Mr. Turgeon’s appointment.
