Planet Green Announces AGSM Results

Vancouver, British Columbia – Planet Green Metals Inc. (CSE: PGR) (“Planet Green” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the results of its annual general and special meeting of shareholders (“AGSM”) held today, June 18, 2022 in Vancouver, Canada.

A total of 9,611,180 common shares were voted at the AGSM, representing approximately 29.39% of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Company. Planet Green shareholders received the audited financial statements of the Company for the fiscal year ended October 31, 2023 and approved all of the resolutions detailed in the Company’s information circular dated May 13, 2024 (the “Circular”) and put forward at the AGSM, namely:

• Re-appointing Manning Elliott LLP, Chartered Accountants, as auditor of the Company for the ensuing year;
• Re-electing Sandy M. Archibald, Jeremy S. Brett, Nicholas Coltura, Robert Coltura and Robert Turgeon as directors of Planet Green. These directors will hold office until the earlier of the next annual meeting of the shareholders or their resignations.
• Approving the Company’s stock option plan for the ensuing year which reserves for grant up to a maximum of 10% of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Company.
