Consulting Agreement with Mid Atlantic Capital Associates
Vancouver, BC, October 1, 2025 – Planet Green Metals Inc. (CSE: PGR) (“Planet Green ” or the
“Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Sean Flynn to the board of directors of the
Company. Additionally, the Company announces that Mr. Nicholas Coltura has resigned as director of the
Company. Planet Green would like to thank Nick Coltura for his contribution to the early-stage growth of
the company and wishes him all the best in his future endeavors.
