POWER GROUP PROVIDES UPDATE ON

ANNUAL GENERAL & SPECIAL MEETING

December 2, 2024 – Vancouver, BC - Power Group Proj ects Corp. (TSXV: PGP) (the “Company ”)

announces that it has sent the Management Information Circular, Notice of Meeting and proxy form (the

“Meeting Materials ”) for the Company’s upcoming Annual General and Sp ecial Meeting to be held on

December 27, 2024 (the “ Meeting ”) to the shareholders of the Company.

There is some risk the ongoing Canada Post postal strike will delay delivery of the Meeting Materials before

the Meeting. The Company wishes to inform sharehold ers of ease of access of the Meeting Materials on

the Company’s SEDAR+ profile at www.sedarplus.ca. Additionally, shareholders can access the Meeting
