Pink: CBBWF) is pleased to announce the opening of its new headquarters in Toronto, Canada. By

expanding its corporate presence to Ontario, the Company will be better able to service increasing

shareholder and logistical demands. The new office is located at #520-65 Queen Street West, Toronto,
