Group Ten Metals Grants Incentive Options
VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Sept. 28, 2017 -- Group Ten Metals Inc. (TSX.V:PGE) (US OTC:PGEZF) (FSE:5D32) (the
“Company” or “Group Ten”) today announced that it has received TSX Venture Exchange approval for the adoption of a
Long-Term Performance Incentive Plan (“LTIP”) and has granted 2,525,000 incentive stock options (the “Options”) to Directors,
Officers, employees and consultants of the Company.
The Options are exercisable for up to five years, expiring on September 28, 2022, and each Option will allow the holder to
purchase one common share of the Company at a price of $0.12 per share, being the closing price of the previous trading day.
The Options are subject to certain vesting requirements in accordance with the Company’s LTIP. The LTIP remains subject to
shareholder approval and the Options grant is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
