MADI BOARD APPOINTMENT

Vancouver, British Columbia, December 1, 2022: Madi Minerals Ltd. (the "Company" or

"Madi") (CSE: MADI) announces the appointment of Mr. Ross Mittgang as its new Chief Executive

Officer, President and Board Member, effective immediately.

Ross Mitgang serves as the Controller of Plaza Capital, a boutique merchant banking & advisory

firm and holds a Post Graduate Accounting Certificate from York University. Mr. Mitgang has

experience serving on various company boards including, Shane Resources, Eagle 1 Capital

Corp, and PsyTechGlobal.

Madi also announces the resignation of Mike England as Chief Executive Officer and President

of the Company. Mr. England will, however, remain on the Board of Directors and continue to

assist the Company as it moves ahead.

The Company further announces the resignation of Dianne Szigety from its Board of Directors.

Management would like to thank Ms. Szigety for her contributions to the Company and wishes

her well in her future endeavours.
