Intersects 300 Metres of Continuous Copper-

Sulphide Mineralization

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - September 24, 2026) - Pacific Ridge Exploration Ltd.

(TSXV: PEX) (OTCQB: PEXZF) (FSE: PQW) ("Pacific Ridge" or the "Company") is pleased to provide

an overview of the recently completed exploration programs at its 100% owned Kliyul copper-gold

project ("Kliyul") and RDP copper-gold project ("RDP"). Kliyul is located in the prolific Quesnel terrane;

RDP is located 40 km west of Kliyul at the southern end of the Toodoggone Mining District, one of

Canada's hottest exploration districts (See Figure 1).

2026 Drilling Highlights

At RDP, five diamond drill holes totaling 3,010 m were completed at the Day target. Two holes,

RDP-26-015 and RDP-26-016, tested the interpreted porphyry centre, and three holes, RDP-26-

017 through RDP-26-019, tested the western magnetic lobe (Figures 2 and 3).

All drill holes intersected porphyry-style alteration, veining and porphyritic monzodiorite intrusions.

Drill holes RDP-26-016, RDP-26-017 and RDP-26-019 confirmed continuous copper-sulphide

mineralization (chalcopyrite +/- bornite) from vertical depths of approximately 170m over lengths

greater than 300 m (Figure 4).

At Kliyul, four diamond drill holes totaling 1,524 m were completed at the M39 target, a high-priority

target that had never been drill tested before (Figure 5 and 6).

Porphyry-style alteration, veining and porphyritic dioritic intrusions were encountered in every drill

hole.

Alteration and veining characteristics at M39 closely resemble those documented at the Kliyul

Main Zone ("KMZ"), indicating potential proximity to porphyry copper-gold mineralization (Figure 7

and 8).

"The 2026 exploration programs generated important new geological and geophysical information at

both Kliyul and RDP,"

said Blaine Monaghan, President & CEO of Pacific Ridge.

"At RDP, drilling

refined our understanding of the Day porphyry system and expanded the western magnetic lobe target

area. At Kliyul, first-pass drilling at M39 provided valuable geological constraints for future targeting.

We look forward to integrating the new datasets and reporting assay results as they become

available."

RDP

Owned 100% by Pacific Ridge, RDP is over 100 km

2

in size and is located in the Golden Horseshoe at

the southern end of the Toodoggone district, one of B.C.'s hottest exploration districts. The Company

completed 3,010 m of drilling in five holes at the Day target this year.

Drill holes RDP-26-017, RDP-26-018, and RDP-26-019, totalling 1,958 m, tested the western magnetic

lobe and followed up on drill hole RDP-25-014, which returned 130.8 m of 0.47% CuEq* or 0.70 g/t

AuEq** (0.30%, 0.24 g/t Au or 1.34 g/t Ag) (see news release dated October 23, 2025) from a vertical

depth of approximately 450m.

These drill holes confirmed continuous copper-sulphide mineralization (chalcopyrite +/- bornite) from

vertical depths of approximately 170m over lengths greater than 300 m. Further, the results indicate that

porphyry mineralization in the western magnetic lobe is not directly correlated with airborne magnetic

vector inversion highs and that magnetic gradients and lows may also host mineralization, broadening

the exploration search space at Day.

Drill holes RDP-26-015 and RDP-26-016, totalling 1,052 m, tested the interpreted porphyry centre

between the eastern and western magnetic lobes. The holes encountered predominantly pyrite

mineralization, low magnetic susceptibility, late mineral porphyry and intrusive breccia, and weak to

moderate alteration, indicative of porphyry-halo alteration. Although the porphyry-centre concept was not

confirmed, the drilling provided geological constraints that will help refine targeting between the eastern

and western magnetic lobes.

Geophysical work at RDP included 11.7 line-km of IP surveying on seven lines over Day, 1.2 line-km on

one line over Roy, and 283 line-km of airborne MT surveying over the southern portion of the property.

These datasets will be integrated with drilling, geology, geochemistry, and existing magnetic models to

refine follow-up targets.

Kliyul

Owned 100% by Pacific Ridge, Kliyul is over 90 km2 in size and is located in the prolific Quesnel terrane

close to existing infrastructure, approximately eight km to the Omineca resource road and a 230-kilovolt

high-voltage power line. KMZ hosts 334.1 million tonnes ("Mt") grading 0.33% CuEq (0.15% copper,

0.26 g/t gold, and 0.95 g/t silver) (see Table 1) or 386 Mt grading 0.459 g/t AuEq (0.236 g/t gold,

0.142% copper, and 0.911 g/t silver) (see Table 2) in the Inferred Mineral Resource category and

remains open for expansion.

In addition to KMZ, multiple untested targets remain along a six-kilometre porphyry copper-gold trend

characterized by favourable geology, geochemistry, alteration, and geophysical signatures, including the

M39 target area. M39 is associated with a one-km long copper and gold soil anomaly. The target hosts

monzonite dykes, magnetite skarn, sodic alteration, and chalcopyrite mineralized quartz veins as well as

two circular magnetic anomalies. The Company completed four diamond drill holes, totaling 1,524 m, at

M39 this year.

Every drill hole intersected porphyry-style alteration and veining associated with porphyritic dioritic

intrusions. The alteration and vein assemblages encountered at M39 are comparable to those in drill

holes peripheral to the KMZ mineralization, including KLI-22-048A, located approximately 250 m laterally

from the KMZ resource. Both areas contain widespread quartz-anhydrite-epidote-pyrite veins, barren

early quartz veins and disseminated pyrite. These similarities indicate that drilling at M39 may have

intersected the peripheral alteration footprint of a porphyry copper-gold system and support the potential

for nearby mineralization.

Geophysical work at Kliyul included 10.7 line-km of IP surveying over the Bap Ridge target and 5.4 line-

km over M39. The additional IP geophysics completed at M39 will assist in future drill targeting.
