Pacific Empire Minerals Terminates Option Agreement on the Wildcat

February 27, 2019 - Vancouver, BC, Canada - Pacific Empire Minerals Corp. (TSXV: PEMC) (OTCQB:

PEMSF) (“Pacific Empire”, “PEMC” or the “Company”) , a hybrid prospect generator focused in British

Columbia, announces that it has determined not to proceed with its option to acquire a 100% interest in the

Wildcat Property located in Central British Columbia.

PEMC completed RC drilling in three distinct target areas on the Wildcat Property in 2018, and results

were insufficient to merit further drill testing. As such, the Company has decided to focus its exploration

efforts on other projects within its portfolio of copper ± gold properties.
