PACIFIC EMPIRE - GRANT OF INCENTIVE STOCK OPTIONS

August 13, 2020 - Vancouver, BC, Canada - Pacific Empire Minerals Corp. (TSXV: PEMC) ( “Pacific Empire”,

“PEMC” or the “Company”) announces that pursuant to the Company’s stock option plan, 3,450,000 incentive stock

options exercisable at $0.19 per share for a period of three years have been granted to directors, officers,

management company employees and consultants of the Company.

business model and trades on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol PEMC. The Company’s strong portfolio
