December 1, 2010 – Harmony Gold Corp. (the “Company”) Further to this morning's news release regarding the grant of an option by ECI Exploration and Mining Inc. to the Company to acquire up to a 70% interest in the Purisima Project located in the state of Nayarit, Mexico, the Company advises that a finder's fee is payable in respect of the transaction, which finder's fee has been calculated in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange and will be paid by the issuance of shares in lieu of cash.
