Paradigm Gold Reports on Initial Results from

2026 Exploration Program on the Swift-Katie

Property, BC and on Corporate Holdings

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - August 24, 2026) -

Paradigm Gold Corporation

(TSXV: PDQ) ("Paradigm Gold" or the "Company")

reports that it has completed the Phase I soil

sampling program on its Swift-Katie property and has received assay results from the Swift and the

Allouez target samples. Results were successful in confirming and extending gold-in-soil anomalies at

the Swift target and delineating a new exploration target in the Allouez area that warrants follow-up

exploration.

Exploration at the Swift Target

A total of 362 soil samples were collected at the Swift Target with the objectives of infilling the historic

soil grid along the +2.5km mineralized trend and expansion of the soil grid along strike to the northeast

and southwest. Assay results from the infill soil sampling successfully verified the earlier sampling

conducted along the mineralized trend and extended the gold-in-soil anomaly a further 500m to the

northeast of the historically defined anomalies. The gold-in soil anomalies remain open to the northeast

and significantly extend the target identified by drilling in 2017 by Paradigm, adding an additional level of

confidence in currently permitted drill sites. Additional follow-up sampling is warranted as the target

remains open both to the northeast and to the southwest.

Exploration at the Allouez Target

A total of 231 soil samples were collected at the Allouez target. Prior to this sampling, minimal

exploration had been undertaken since the discovery of mineralization in the 1920s. Of note, in 1922, an

open cut assayed 2.75g/t Au, 425.2g/t Ag and 6.1% Cu (source: BC Minfile.). A short adit was driven

100m along a mineralized shear zone. Twelve tonnes was mined which graded 389g/t Ag and 45% Pb.

(source: BC Minfile.)

The reader is cautioned that these results are historical in nature, have not been

independently verified by the company and are provided for information purposes only.

Paradigm designed a 25metre spaced soil grid to delineate the extent of this mineralization (Figure 3).

Although the geochemical signature adjacent to the historic workings was muted, exploration

successfully identified a new, much larger exploration target located along a contact between Rossland

Group volcanic rocks and Cretaceous Anstey Pluton. Assays returned a strong gold-silver-enriched

polymetallic anomaly with strongly elevated pathfinder and critical elements (

up to 385ppm As,

174ppm Bi, 201ppm W, 496ppm Ni, 471ppm Pb and 853ppm Zn)

supportive of porphyry or skarn-

styled mineralization. The soil anomaly is up to 100m wide, extends for 1.25km and remains open to the

northeast and southwest. The presence of strongly anomalous critical minerals in addition to precious

and base metals makes this a compelling target for follow-up exploration.

Follow-up Exploration Plan

Paradigm is in the process of implementing a follow-up surface exploration program that will consist of

the following:

Offset soil sampling to the NE and SW of both the Allouez target and the Swift Target

Aggressive follow-up exploration on the Allouez target with prospecting and small test pits over the

strongest part of the anomaly

Contingent on results from this exploration and receipt of additional financing, planning is underway for

drilling in early 2027, with the initial focus on the lateral and depth extension of the gold mineralization

drilled by the company in 2017 at the Swift Target. Two thousand metres of drilling is planned to offset

gold mineralization drilled in the TR19 area and around SK17-019 target located ~1km to the SW along

the same mineralized trend which assayed

8.6m of 3.1g/t Au

(See company NR dated September 7

th

,

2017 for details).

The Katie Copper-Gold Porphyry target is also permitted for drilling where semi-continuous, strongly

anomalous

Cu-Au

mineralization has been outlined by drilling over a 1.8km cumulative strike length.

Highlights from company drilling at the Katie Target include 101.5m of 0.19% Cu, 0.12g/t Au incl. 12.8m

of 0.43 % Cu, 0.15g/t Au from hole VKT08-069.

Additionally, if follow-up exploration at the Allouez zone

is successful, the company will apply for an expansion to the existing drill permit to conduct initial drilling

on this exciting greenfields exploration target.

About The Swift Katie Property

The Swift Katie Property consists of 19 contiguous MTO mineral claims, covering over 83 square

kilometres within a geologically favourable and highly metallogenic area of B.C. that historically has

hosted several important mining camps.

The company reports that an application has been submitted for a single 613ha claim located to the east

of the newly expanded Allouez target which covers the lateral extension of the prospective geology.

Drilling to date on the Katie zone has identified three accumulations of semi continuous Cu-Au

mineralization over a 1,800m cumulative strike length.

Initial work by Paradigm identified eight infill holes

totaling 2,600m which, when completed, should significantly enhance both the size and continuity of the

mineralization.

Widespread Cu-in-soil anomalies suggest several additional untested targets.

The Au-Ag zones at the Swift target warrant further exploration based on encouraging results from

company drilling in 2016 and 2017.

Gold-silver mineralization at Swift is hosted in highly deformed and

strongly altered volcaniclastic rocks of the prospective Elise Formation.

The rock package may reflect a

transitional environment from a porphyry to an epithermal system and exhibits some similarity to styles of

mineralization identified in the historic

Rossland Mining Camp

(past production: 2.7M oz/Au; 3.4M

oz/Ag and 120M lbs Cu) located just 25km to the west of the property.

The newly expanded Allouez Target is also hosted in the prospective Elise formation and may consist of

a large Porphyry/Skarn deposit, although exploration is limited on this prospect, so the deposit type is

yet to be confirmed.

Other Assets

Equity holdings in Pilar Gold Inc ("Pilar") and Laiva Gold Inc ("Laiva")

In 2021, Paradigm Gold received 4,000,000 shares of Pilar resulting from a sale of its investment in

Pocone Mining Mineraco Ltda to Pilar at a fair value of $0.60 per share, subject to adjustment contingent

upon the issuance price of Pilar's proposed Initial Public Offering. Subsequently Pilar created Laiva and

spun-out certain assets, resulting in the issuance of a dividend of 500,000 shares of Laiva with a fair

value of $0.50 per share.

Pilar's PGDM mining business in Brazil consists of three underground mines and one open pit

development project.

Laiva Gold Mine is an open pit operation located in Brahestad, Finland, and is known for its significant

gold deposit and modern processing plant.

Neither Pilar nor Laiva have publicly traded shares and accordingly Paradigm Gold ascribes no market

value to its holdings of both companies. At such time as Pilar and Laiva list their respective securities on

a recognized stock Exchange, Paradigm Gold will record their respective equity holdings at market

value.
