DATE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
AND CLOSING DATE FOR DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS
Paladin Energy Ltd (ASX:PDN, TSX:PDN, OTCQX:PALAF) (Paladin or the Company) is pleased to advise
that the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on:
Date: Tuesday, 18 November 2025
Time: 9:00am Perth time (Monday, 17 November 2025 at 8:00pm Toronto time)
Location: Corrs Chambers Westgarth, Level 6, Brookfield Place, Tower Two, 123 St Georges
Terrace, Perth, Western Australia.
An item of business at the AGM will be the election of directors. In accordance with the Company’s
Constitution, the closing date for the receipt of director nominations is 5:00pm Perth time on Tuesday,
16 September 2025.
Shareholders will be advised of further details regarding the AGM in a separate Notice of Meeting,
which will be provided to shareholders in due course.
