NOMINATIONS

PDI Gold Limited (ASX:PDI, TSX:PDI) (“PDI Gold” or the “Company”) (previously Predictive

Discovery Limited) advises that in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, its Annual General

Meeting will be held on Friday , 20 November 2026. Further details in respect of the Annual

General Meeting will be provided in the Notice of Meeting to be dispatched to Shareholders.

An item of business at the AGM will be the re -election and appointment of directors. In

accordance with clause 7.1 of the Company’s Constitution and ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 , the

closing date for receipt of nomination from persons wishing to be considered for election as a

director is Wednesday, 16 September 2026.

Any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office at 4 Charles Street,

South Perth WA 6151 by no later than 5:00pm (AEST) on Wednesday, 16 September 2026.
