NOVATEQNI TO CHANGE NAME TO TRENCH SOLUTIONS
December 6, 2019 – Vancouver, British Columbia – NovaTeqni Technology Corporation (TSXV:
NTQ) (the “Company”) announces that it will change its name to “Trench Solutions Inc.”
Effective at the opening of markets on or about Thursday, December 12, 2019, the common
shares of the Company will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the new
name and the ticker symbol “TSI”. H olders of common share and warrant certificates in the
Company’s prior name do not need to take any action as a result of the name change.
