NOVATEQNI CORPORATION INCREASES PRIVATE PLACEMENT
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
January 23, 2018
Calgary, Alberta – On January 8, 2017, NovaTeqni Co rporation (" NovaTeqni or the " Corporation ")
(TSXV: NTQ) announced that it proposed to complete a non-brokered private placement of units (each, a
"Unit ") at a price of $0.17 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to $1,000,000. Each Unit was to consist of
one common share in the capital of NovaTeqni (a " Common Share ") and one transferrable common
share purchase warrant (a " Warrant "). Each Warrant would entitle the holder to acqui re one Common
Share at a price of $0.23 per share for a period of 24 months from the date of issuance of the Warrant .
NovaTeqni may pay finder's fees to eligible persons in accordance with TSX Venture Exchange policies.
The Corporation announces that the proposed private placement has experienced greater than anticipated
demand and, as a result, the Corporation has increa sed the size of the offering to $1,500,000 of Units .
Other than the increase in the size of the offering , the terms and conditions of the private placement have
not been amended. The proposed private placement remains subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
NovaTeqni intends to use the net proceeds of this p rivate placement for the development of new product s
and for general working capital purposes.
