NOVATEQNI CORPORATION EXTENDS PRIVATE PLACEMENT

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

February 22, 2018

Calgary, Alberta – On February 8, 2018, NovaTeqni C orporation (" NovaTeqni or the " Corporation ")

(TSXV: NTQ) announced that it had completed the fir st tranche of its previously announced non-

brokered private placement of units (" Units ") and that it expected that the next tranche of th e private

placement would be completed later this month. Wit h the consent of the TSX Venture Exchange, the

Corporation now announces that additional tranches of the private placement may be completed up until

March 22, 2018. The private placement remains subj ect to receipt of all necessary regulatory approval s

including final approval of the TSX Venture Exchange

NovaTeqni intends to use the net proceeds of this p rivate placement for the development of new product s

and for general working capital purposes.
