NOVATEQNI ANNOUNCES DIRECTOR RESIGNATION

September 26, 2017 – Calgary, Alberta – NovaTeqni Corporation (“NovaTeqni” or the "Company")

(TSXV - NTQ: OTCQB - NVTQF) announces that Riaz Sumar has resigned as a Director and as Chief

Financial Officer of the Company effective immediately . Mr. Larry Youell will serve as the Company’s

interim Chief Financial Officer until a suitable replacement can be found. Mr. Youell h as also been

appointed Chairman of the Company.
