Mexican Federal Economic Competition Commission Approves Pan American Silver's Plan of
Arrangement with Tahoe Resources
Vancouver, B.C. - Feb. 15, 2019 - Pan American Silver Corp. (NASDAQ: PAAS) (TSX: PAAS) ("Pan
American") is pleased to announce that earlier today the Mexican Federal Economic Competition
Commission approved the proposed transaction (the “Arrangement”) whereby Pan American will acquire
all of the issued and outstanding shares of Tahoe Resources Inc. All required regulatory, shareholder and
court approvals have been received at this time and the Arrangement is anticipated to be completed on
or about February 22, 2019.
