SKARB EXPLORATION CORP. COMMENCES TRADING

ON THE CANADIAN SECURITIES EXCHANGE

Toronto, Ontario – February 15, 2019 – Skarb Exploration Corp. (CSE:SKRB) (the

“Company”) is pleased to announce that its common shares (the “Common Shares”) have been

approved for listing on the Canadian Securities Exchange (the “CSE”) under the trading symbol

“SKRB”. Pursuant to the CSE bulletin dated February 13, 2019, the Common Shares

commenced trading on the CSE at market open this morning. The Company filed its fi nal

prospectus in respect of the Common Shares with the securities regulatory authority in British

Columbia on January 25, 2019.
