Outback Goldfields Corporation (the "Company" or

"Outback") –

(CSE: OZ) (OTCQB: OZBKF) announces that it has received final approval from the

TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV") for the listing of its common shares thereon. The Company's

common shares will commence trading on the TSXV at the market open on

January 6

th

, 2022 with

the trading symbol "OZ".

believe the listing will increase the Company's visibility in the capital markets both domestically and

In connection with the listing of its common shares on the TSXV, the Company has submitted a

request to voluntarily delist its common shares from the Canadian Securities Exchange (the "CSE").

The CSE delisting is expected to be effective at the close of the market on

January 5

th

, 2022. The

Company's trading symbol "OZ" will remain unchanged and shareholders will not be required to take

any action in connection with the TSXV listing. The Company's shares will also continue to be listed

on the OTCQB under the symbol "OZBKF" and on the FSE under the symbol "S600".
