Rex Resources Announces Closing of Private Placement
October 31, 2024 – Vancouver, B.C. – Rex Resource Corp. (TSXV: OWN, FRANKFT: 94G) (“Rex”
or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the closing of a non-brokered private placement (the “Private
Placement”) of units (each, a “Unit”) in which the Company issued 1,900,000 Units at a price of $0.10 per
Unit for gross proceeds of $190,000. Each Unit consists of one common share in the capital of the Company
(each, a “ Share”) and one -half of one (1/2) common share purchase warrant (each whole warrant, a
“Warrant”), with each Warrant entitling the holder thereof to acquire one Share at a price of $0. 20 per
Share for a period of 24 months.
The Company did not pay any finder’s fees in connection with the Private Placement , which closed on
October 31, 2024. All securities issued in connection with the Private Placement are subject to a hold period
of four months and one day in accordance with applicable securities laws.
The Company plans to use the proceeds from the Private Placement in order to satisfy its option payment
obligations on the Mactush Property and for general working capital purposes . The Private Placement
remains subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
