TORONTO, ONTARIO, September 15, 2020 – Orvana Minerals Corp. (TSX:ORV) (the “Company” or

“Orvana”) ”) is pleased to announce that it will be participating at the Precious Metals Summit and the

Denver Gold Forum Americas, both in virtual format.

Mr. Juan Gavidia, Chief Executive Officer, Ms. Nuria Menendez, Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Raúl Álvarez,

Director of Exploration and Mr. Binh Vu, VP Legal, will be participating in the Precious Metals Summit ,
