TORONTO, ONTARIO, September 12, 2022 – Orvana Minerals Corp. (TSX:ORV) (the “Company” or

“Orvana”) ”) is pleased to announce that it will be attending the Precious Metals Summit in Colorado.

Ms. Nuria Menéndez, Chief Financial Officer and Mr. Raúl Álvarez, Director of Exploration and Technical

Services, will be attending the Precious Metals Summit held at Beaver Creek, Colorado during September
