OSISKO ANNOUNCES RELEASE OF 2024 SUSTAINABILITY REPORT

Montréal, April 17th, 2 025 – Osisko Gold Royalties Ltd (the “ Company” or “Osisko ”) (OR: TSX & NYSE) is

pleased to announce the publication of its 202 4 Sustainability Report, Growing Responsibly (the “Report”). All

monetary amounts included in this release are expressed in United States dollars.

The Report marks the fifth edition of Growing Responsibly and highlights Osisko’s Environmental, Social and

Governance (“ESG”) initiatives and key performance metrics for 2024.
