OPAWICA EXPLORATIONS INC. ISSUES SHARES TO AGORACOM FOR SERVICES

Vancouver, B.C. – October 27, 2017 – Opawica Explorations Inc. (the “Company”) (TSX.V: OPW)

announces that it has issued 135,600 common shares at a deemed price of $0.05 per share to AGORA

Internet Relations Corp., representing payment of $6 ,000 plus $ 780 HST for the months of August and

September 2017 pursuant to the shares for services agreement announced on April 28, 2017 and which

was mutually suspended effective September 30, 2017 to be resumed at the Company’s option at any time

over a one year option period. The shares are subject to a hold period expiring February 2, 2018.

Opawica Explorations Inc. is a junior resource company engaged in the acquisiti on, exploration and

evaluation of gold and base metal mineral properties in Canada . The Company owns 100% interest

subject to certain royalties in the Bazooka gold property located in the Beauchastel Township

100% interest subject to certain royalties in the McWatters gold property in the Rouyn-Noranda area and

the Arrowhead gold property in the Joannes Township, Quebec.
