OPAWICA EXPLORATIONS INC. APPOINTS PRESIDENT, CEO AND DIRECTOR

Vancouver, B.C. – May 4, 20 20 – Opawica Explorations Inc. (the “Company”) (TSX.V: OPW) is

pleased to announce that Mr. Blake Morgan has been appointed as President, Chief Executive Officer and

a director of the Company.

Mr. Morgan has 15 years’ experience in Mining and Heavy Industries, with 10 years dedicated to the

Mining and Natural Resource Sector in Australia. During this time, he was employed as mine site Health

and Safety, as well a s Strategic Planning with responsibility for hundreds of employees. Mr. Morgan

built a successful career with Rio Tinto, BMA Metals (subsidiary of BHP) and Santos Ltd. during that

time. He then made the successful transition from operations to ex ecutive/entrepreneurial pursuits after

years of “boots on the ground” work. Gaining first -hand knowledge, culture, and an understanding of

Mining Operations he then made the move from Australia t o Canada. Mr. Morgan has been instrumental

in building sign ificant land packages, financings and the development of private resource exploration

companies in British Columbia. He is committed to the exploration industry and enjoys the challenges

and rewards which come from building corporate and shareholder wealth within it.

Mr. Owen King has resigned as Interim President and Interim Chief Executive Officer but remains a

director of the Company.
