2024 Annual General and Special Meeting
Vancouver, B.C . October 30, 202 4 (TSX.V:OGN) (OTCQX:OGNRF) Orogen Royalties Inc. (“Orogen” or the
“Company”) is pleased to announce the voting results for its Annual General and Special Meeting (the “Meeting”) of
shareholders held October 29, 2024.
A total of 67,895,414 shares were voted by proxy representing 33.67% of the issued and outstanding shares of the
