Special Meeting
Vancouver, B.C . October 26, 2023 (TSX.V:OGN) (OTCQX:OGNRF) Orogen Royalties Inc. (“Orogen” or the
“Company”) is pleased to announce the voting results for its Annual General and Special Meeting (the “Meeting”) of
shareholders held October 25, 2023.
A total of 55,155,897 shares were voted by proxy representing 28.52% of the issued and outstanding shares of the
