OCEANAGOLD AGM VOTING RESULTS
(MELBOURNE) OceanaGold Corporation (TSX/ASX: OGC) (the “Company”) wishes to advise on the
outcome of the coting results from the Annual General and Special Meeting held today. In accordance with
ASX Listing Rule 3.12.2 and the rules of TSX, we advise details of the resolutions and the proxies received
in respect of each resolution.

and 380,000 ounces of gold from Haile, Waihi and Macraes combined at a consolidated All -In Sustaining
Costs ranging from $1,075 to $1,125 per ounce sold.
