MIRANDA CLOSES $1.5 MILLION AS TRANCHE ONE
OF RECENTLY ANNOUNCED PRIVATE PLACEMENT
Vancouver, BC, Canada – March 9, 2018 – Miranda Gold Corp. (“Miranda”)
(TSX-MAD) has closed “Tranche One” of its recently announced non-brokered private
placement with aggregate gross proceeds of $1,513,187.50 from the sale of 27,512,500 units
at a price of $0.055 per unit (a “Unit”). Each Unit comprises one common share and one
non-transferable common share purchase warrant (a “Warrant”). Each Warrant entitles the
holder thereof to purchase one additional common share of Miranda at a price of $0.12 until
March 9, 2022. The common shares issued, and any common shares issued pursuant to the
exercise of Warrants prior to July 9, 2018, will be restricted from trading until July 9, 2018.
The Company paid finder’s fees in cash, to persons who introduced it to investors of
$36,773.55.
Proceeds of this private placement will primarily be used to advance generative exploration
and project acquisition in Colombia and for general corporate purposes.
