I, Rory Kutluoglu, B.Sc, P.Geo , a consulting geologist with an office at geologist with an office at
DSO-IFZA, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, consent to the public filing of the technical
report titled
"Technical Report on PL153/2016 in the Vumba Greenstone Belt, Botswana" with an
effective date of April 27, 2025 and a signing date of April 27, 2025 (the "Technical Report")
prepared for Imperial Ginseng Products Ltd.
I also consent to any extracts from, or a summary of, the Technical Report in the news release of
One Bullion Limited (the "Corporation") dated April 27, 2026 and titled "
One Bullion Reports
High Concentration of Gold During Artisanal Sampling Program at Vumba Project Which Yielded
a 679 g/t Gold Sample" (the
"News Release").
