NEXUS GOLD TO COMPLETE SHARE CONSOLIDATION
Vancouver, Canada – April 5, 2018 - Nexus Gold Corp. (“Nexus” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: NXS, OTC:
NXXGF, FSE: N6E) announces that its board of directors has approved a restructuring of the Company
though a consolidation of its outstanding common share capital (the “Share Consolidation”) on the basis of
up to one post-Share Consolidation common shares for every ten pre-Share Consolidation common shares
outstanding.
Assuming completion of the Share Consolidation on a 10-for-1 basis, the Company would have
approximately 14,607,387 common shares outstanding. Completion of the Share Consolidation remains
subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, and the Company will issue a further news release
once the final ratio for the Share Consolidation has been determined.
