NEXUS GOLD ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

Vancouver, Canada – October 21, 2021 - Nexus Gold Corp. (“Nexus” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: NXS,

OTCQB: NXXGF, FSE: N6E) announces that Mr. Ian Stalker has resigned from the board of directors of

the Company to pursue other opportunities. The Company thanks Mr. Stalker for his valuable
