NEXUS GOLD ANNOUNCES EFFECTIVE DATE FOR SHARE CONSOLIDATION
Vancouver, Canada – April 12, 2018- Nexus Gold Corp. (“Nexus” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: NXS, OTC:
NXXGF, FSE: N6E) announces that its outstanding share capital will be consolidated on a ten-for-one basis,
effective at the opening of markets on April 13, 2018. Following completion of the consolidation, the
Company will have approximately 14,607,387 common shares outstanding.

Nexus Gold Corp. is a Vancouver-based gold exploration and development company operating in some of
the world’s premier mining districts. The Company is currently concentrating its efforts on two gold
projects located in Burkina Faso, West Africa. The Bouboulou gold project consists of the 38-sq km
