NexGen Announces Voting Results from Annual Meeting of

Shareholders

Vancouver, BC, June 11, 2018 – NexGen Energy Ltd. (“NexGen” or the “Company”) (TSX:NXE, NYSE MKT:NXE)

is pleased to announce that all resolutions presented at the Company’s annual meeting of shareholders on

June 7, 2018 (the “Meeting”), including the re-election of all director nomination, were passed. Detailed results
