NexGen Announces 2026 Investor Day

Vancouver, BC, August 28, 2026 – NexGen Energy Ltd. (“NexGen” or the “Company”) (TSX: NXE,

NYSE MKT: NXE, ASX:NXG) is pleased to announce that it will host its 2026 Investor Day on:

Date: Tuesday, 1 September 2026

Time: 8.00 A.M. Eastern Time, 10.00 P.M Australian Eastern Standard Time, same day.

The pre -recorded virtual event will feature presentations from NexGen’s senior leadership and

technical team, providing a detailed overview of the construction plan and activities at the Company’s

100% owned Rook I Project.
