NORTHWEST COPPER ANNOUNCES RELEASE OF ANNUAL ESG REPORT

Vancouver, British Columbia – November 30, 2023 –– NorthWest Copper Corp. (TSXV:NWST) (“NorthWest” or the

“Company”) is pleased to announce t he release of its second annual Environmental, Social and Governance report

(the “2022 ESG Report”) for the period ending December 31, 2022. The report is available at:

The 2022 ESG Report highlights the Company’s continued efforts to implement ESG best-practices and demonstrates

the Company’s commitment to ethical and transparent mineral exploration and project advancement. The tracking,

evaluating, and reporting of the Company’s ESG practices is a key component of NorthWest’s long-term corporate

strategy.
