Nuinsco Announces Results of Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders
Toronto – TheNewswire - July 2, 2026 – Nuinsco Resources Limited (“Nuinsco” or the “Company”) (CSE: NWI) today announced the results of voting at its annual and special meeting of shareholders (“AGM”) held on June 30, 2026.
All of the nominee directors listed in Nuinsco’s management information circular dated May 19, 2026, were elected as directors. The number of the shares voted in respect of the election of each director and as a percentage of votes cast were as follows:

At the AGM, shareholders also voted in favour of:

re-appointing Horizon Assurance LLP, Markham, Ontario, as the auditor of the Company and authorizing the directors to fix the auditor’s remuneration;
-
a special resolution to set the number of directors at three; and,
-
a special resolution authorizing the board of directors, in its sole discretion, to fix and determine from time to time the number of directors of the Company within the minimum and maximum number of directors set forth in the Company’s articles, by way of a directors’ resolution without further approval of the shareholders.
Votes “For” each of these resolutions were well in excess of 90% of the total votes cast.
