Nortec Closes First Tranche of $250,000 Non-Brokered Private Placement for $100,000
Vancouver, BC / December 3, 2021 – NORTEC MINERALS CORP. (the “ Company” or “Nortec”)
(TSXV: NVT): –
The Company announces that it has closed a first tranche consis ting of 5,000,000 units for gross proceeds
of $100,000 of its non-brokered private placement announced on November 9, 2021, of up to 12,500,000
units at a price of $0.02 per unit (the “Units”) to raise gross proceeds of up to $250,000 (the “Offering”).
Each Unit will consist of one co mmon share and one common share purchase warrant entitling the holder
to purchase one additional common share at an exercise price $0.05 per common share for a period of five
years from the date of issue. I n accordance with applicable sec urities laws, all securities issued under the
Offering are subject to a four month and one day hold period fr om the date of issuance. The funds raised
are for working capital and for general corporate purposes.
