Auramex Resource Corp. announces that directors Chr is McGillivray and Norman Allyn have

resigned. New directors will be considered in ligh t of certain other management changes that, if

and when implemented, will strengthen management, d ecrease corporate debt, provide equity

capital and fund exploration in 2018. Management re grets losing Norm and Chris and wishes

them well in their future endeavours.
