Board of Directors and Management Changes
Auramex Resource Corp. (the “Company”) announces that Paul Metcalfe, PhD., P.Geo. resigned
as Vice President, Exploration as of June 22, 2017. Paul wishes Auramex “every success in its
future endeavours”, and states th at he would be ready to assi st in seeing th e company move
forward. Management thanks Paul for his past service and is sorry to accept his resignation.
Mr. David Kennedy, P. Geo., Technical Adviso r to Auramex, whose 30 years exploration
experience in the Stewart, BC “Golden Tria ngle”, will be available for consultation on
exploration matters.
The Company welcomes Mr. Jerome LaMarre to the Board of Directors. Jerome resides in
Prince George and is a Business Development prof essional. He has an extensive network of
contacts and stakeholders across BC. He is a pa st chair of the Canadian Institute of Mining
(North Central BC), a Session chair CIM Na tional 2016 and a Session Chair for the Mine
Engineer Mine Operators (MEMO) Conference in 2013. He has experience in liaising with First
Nation communities to establish and maintain pos itive and beneficial relationships. He has
participated in trade shows and roundtable discu ssions and will bring a fr esh perspective to the
Board.
