Board of Director Changes
The Company is pleased to appoint Lawrence Roulston and Sorin Posescu, P.Geo., to the Board
of Directors and will seek confirmation of their ap pointment for the ensuing year at the Annual
General Meeting (AGM) on December 13, 2017.
Lawrence is a mining professional with over 35 year s of diverse experience in the mining
industry. He is Managing Director of WestBay Capita l Advisors, providing business advisory
and capital markets expertise to the junior and mid -tier sectors of the mining industry. From
2014-2016 he was President of Quintana Resources Ca pital, which provided resource advisory
services for US private investors. Before Quintana, he was a mining analyst and consultant, as
well as the editor of "Resource Opportunities", an independent investment publication focused
on the mining industry. Prior to this, Mr. Roulston was an analyst or executive with various
companies in the resources industry, both majors an d juniors. He has graduate-level training in
business and holds a B.Sc. in geology. Mr. Roulston is a director or advisor to several resource
companies.
Sorin is a professional geologist with more than 20 years of experience in natural resources
exploration and development with NovaGold, OMV-Petr om, Sierra Geothermal and Brixton
Metals. Sorin worked on world class deposits including Donlin Gold and Galore Creek both with
NovaGold. Sorin has managed resource projects from grassroots discovery through to advanced
stage development, production and closure. Sorin is a registered Professional Geologist with the
Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscient ists of British Columbia, Alberta and
Ontario. Sorin has worked for major to junior resou rce companies throughout Europe, USA and
Canada He has extensive experience in M&A and stron g background in corporate and project
valuation and acquisition. Sorin currently serves o n multiple boards as Director for both private
and publicly traded resource development companies. Sorin holds a Bachelor Degree in Geology
from the University of Ploiesti.
Management believes that Lawrence and Sorin will be valuable additions to the Board.
