Caravan Energy Announces Issuance of RSUs

June 2, 2023 – Vancouver, B.C. – Caravan Energy Corp. (CSE: CNRG) (“ Caravan” or the “ Company”)

announces that it issued an aggregate of 2,000,000 restricted share units (“ RSUs”) to the arm’s -length

consultants pursuant to the Company’s 2022 omnibus equity compensation plan. The RSUs vested on

grant and the RSUs and their underlying shares will be subject to a four -month hold period pursuant to

applicable securities laws.
