CSR Announces Name Change to "Canada Cobalt Works Inc."

"Company" or "CSR") is pleased to announce it plans to effect its change of name to "Canada Cobalt Works Inc." to better reflect the direction of

the Company.

The TSX Venture Exchange has confirmed that the shares will commence trading effective,

Friday, February 23, 2018

under the new name and

ticker symbol "CCW".

The change of name from Castle Silver Resources Inc. to Canada Cobalt Works Inc. was previously approved by the Company's board of

directors and the shareholders of the Company at its Annual General and Special Meeting held on

February 15

, 2018. The Company is not

subdividing, consolidating or otherwise altering its share capital in association with the name change.

The Company also plans to launch a new corporate website in the near future.
