Special Meeting ("Meeting") of its shareholders will be held

". The CCW trading symbol will remain the

same.

The name change is subject to a Special Resolution which requires the approval of at least 66%

(two-thirds) of the votes cast by shareholders present in person or represented by proxy at the

Meeting.
