Dividend Warrant Holders that received Dividend Warrants to purchase common shares of the
Company, dated

at an exercise price of

per share, are set to expire on

, 2019. As the expiration date is not a trading day on the TSX Venture
Exchange, the Dividend Warrants will be exercisable until
