Further to the Company’s news release of February 18, 2014, the Company’s Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders which was scheduled for 7:00am February 26, 2014 will need to be rescheduled, due to complications arising with respect to the closing of the sale of the Company’s Iron Mask Property. The Company will provide updated information on this matter as it becomes available.
