Exploration Commences at Huckleberry

/CNW/ - Northern Shield Resources Inc. ("Northern Shield" or the "Company") [TSXV: NRN] is pleased to announce that geophysical

surveys have commenced at Huckleberry.

The geophysics includes a ground gravity survey and an Aerovision UAV-MAG survey (Drone). The surveys will focus on the western portion of Huckleberry where

four of the five drill holes intersected Cu-Ni-PGE mineralization during initial exploration last year. The purpose of the surveys are to better define the peridotite sills

and conduits that host the mineralization. Drilling is planned for mid-June.

The gravity survey is being conducted by Abitibi Geophysics. The Aerovision UAV-MAG survey is also being conducted by Abitibi Geophysics in partnership with

Pioneer Exploration Consultants Ltd.

The programs at Huckleberry are being overseen by

Christine Vaillancourt

, P. Geo., the Company's Chief Geologist and a Qualified Person under National

Instrument 43-101.
